What Is SHOKK?

Wales first Gym for the 8 - 15 year olds

This Gym within a Gym has the ultimate in youth provision. A place where you can exercise and have fun, not the tedium of school sports "lets go and play football" but an individually tailored session where the emphasis is on FUN, Yes, we all know that youth must exercise to avoid health issues later in life, but it doesn't have to be boring! Forget why you are exercising and just enjoy the session.

NEW SHOKK JANUARY DISTANCE CHALLENGE   . . .   simple . . .  keep track of the distances that you achieve over January on the Bike, Treadmill & Rowing machines.  The person with the greatest distance wins.

So SHOKK is just some boring gym?

With the music that will scare your grandmother and the ability to dress how YOU like so long as it is safe (within reason please - we don't want to scare the staff!!!) why not come and have a look for yourself - you never know, you might get Mum and Dad away from the telly and into the main gym themselves!

What do I get for joining SHOKK?

Everyone who joins SHOKK receives a careful and detailed Induction. You will learn which muscles are which and what they do (it's not that boring when you get into it) and you will also receive a SHOKK pack. Don't miss out - get on the phone today and arrange a viewing.

As a member of SHOKK you will also be eligible for FREE sessions in the SunCentre during promotional weeks.

Well you can go and check out the official SHOKK Website, there's loads of info there. Once you're a member, you can log in to your Personal Trainer there and keep a track on how well you're doing.
