Every Tuesday 6pm till 7pm  -  OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TRY ROAD RUNNING

Every Wednesday 6pm till 7pm LADIES ONLY Running Club  -  Any age, any ability

CIRCUIT TRAINING at The Nova Centre Wednesday 6.30 - 7.30 pm (non-members £3.00)

PILATES at the Nova Centre - Wednesday 10.00 - 11.00 am also, Tuesday 6.00 - 7.00 pm followed by
Salsa Class from 7.00-8.00 pm
Non-members £3.00, Gym members just £1.50

AQUAFIT AT NEPTUNES POOL (Nova) non-members £2.65

YOU CAN'T KEEP A GOOD TEAM DOWN - Damien & his team held a twelve hour row, starting at 8am and finishing at 8pm to raise money for Cancer Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.  The twelve hour row was split into ten minute blocks and these were purchased at a cost of £3.00 if opted to row yourself or
at £5.00 to get an instructor to complete the slot.  An excellent opportunity for members to 'get their own back'.  Consecutive blocks were purchased for a single instructor. 
Funds raised are anticipated to be in the
region of £300 which will be presented to
the Cancer Unit. 
WELL DONE AGAIN THE TEAM

DAMIEN, AT IT AGAIN! -
THE GREAT NORTH RUN (30th September 2007) on behalf of the Bodelwyddan Kidney
Unit & Kidney Research UK.
Damien Stretton, Lead Fitness Instructor at EveryBodyz successfully attempted the 13.1 miles with a 16kg rucksack. 
COMPLETED IN 2hrs, 17seconds
RAISED OVER £1,250
well done Damien!!!
