AN INSPIRATION?

Recently one of our members (Bill Moore), celebrated his 90th birthday and according to tradition, we awarded him a lifetime membership.  The award was made on behalf of EveryBodyz by a fellow member, and 96 year old Tom Marsden.

Bill had a heart attack and quad triple bypass in 2001 and began his cardiac rehab aged 81 at sister gym, Bodyz in Prestatyn.  He quickly caught the keep-fit bug and is now a regular working out a minimum of three times a week.

Undoubtedly Bill & Tom are an inspiration to us all!
